A little help with your reports, subscription and project data.
How do I make my first report?
Create a project, add rooms, and record issues with photos and comments. Open the project and choose Create photo report. Preview the PDF, then use Share PDF to send or save it.
What is included for free?
Create projects, document issues, compare before and after photos, and export your first 3 PDF reports. Demo reports are always free and clearly marked as demonstrations.
What does LayerProof Pro include?
Pro adds unlimited new PDF reports, your company logo, four report styles, extra room templates and continued follow-up inspections. The US plans are $39.99 per year or $4.99 per month. Local prices and taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase.
How do I restore or cancel my subscription?
In LayerProof, open Settings, then LayerProof Pro and Restore purchases. To cancel or change a plan, open your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Existing projects and saved PDFs remain accessible after Pro ends.
Can I work without an internet connection?
Yes. Projects, photos, notes and PDF creation work on your device. An internet connection is needed for purchases, optional server backups, and dictation when Apple on-device recognition is unavailable.
Where is my backup?
Backups are optional. The default LayerProof server is api.layerproof.online; you can choose another compatible HTTPS server. Each archive supports up to 256 MB. Keep your recovery key in a password manager: it gives access to the archive. Disconnecting the server keeps its archive; Delete server archive removes it. You control when an archive is created and uploaded.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings, then Language. Choose English, Русский, or System language. The interface, dictation and new reports follow your choice. Existing project names and notes remain as you wrote them.
